MUSIc--Yet another cynicism

yesterday i read an article about the death of one of the most eminent lady artist in classical music.
Music-such a word embedding in itself ebullient dynamism, the multitude of multifarious cultures.Being a music scholar,i have personally percieved the vibrance of music, the unusual ecstasy it gives to your soul.Perhaps this is one of the most magnificent contribution to the world from ancient India and its culture. The Classical Indian music in itself a way to divinity and spirituality .It is a passion for someone, for someone just a hobby, for someone nothing but just life.the expressions cant be delved just through words. But in simpler ways,an abstraction of all expressions.what else.Difficult to describe, easy to acclamatize.....MUSIC....$$$

Now there arise a question as from where and why this music invokes hidden cynicism of a person. The devotion it fills inside an individual from its vivacity and serenity often makes one perplexed sometimes ,its perky essence concocted with the mystic spiritualism let a person astounded and waving in its ecstasy.Indians, particularly are seen to have a instinctive love for music..whether one knows its grammar or not,you can find folks of any age expressing their emotions through this

  3. whatever you have written has made a lot of sense but i think it has not been completed. I cannot be sure whether it was a tea break you had to have or probably the hard disk crashed. and if it has recovered and you are able to read this comment, what i want to say is that again, like your previous blog, you are a bit inclined towards the homophonous side and have ceased to grasp the other radial dimensions. It is but, a fact that we Indians, all of us, have this special thing for music in us, and rightly so, since not only by generations, I believe this is a gene passed to us by civilizations themselves. i have read of music as an object of concern even in the harappa civilization. thats wierd though, since its hard to imagine who the labels appointed the lyricists as. anyway, i suppose you should have gone a bit further and given us some preview of how this thing called music manifests the human, who is behaving as a social animal, after crossing the confinements of his conscience, since that is something only he knows, and the latter is what all of us know, so it is supposed to matter more since the world is full of posers and you never know whats on the other side of the paraffin. Similarly, the substance you have mentioned is again restricted to your existence, it doesnt, in simple words, reach out, unless you are so into the process of practicing it, like the lady you mentioned at the start of the blog. The assertion i need to make here is that i might not concur with your views. anyway, this is not the point.. the point is that you need to come up with something that explains the effect on the other side of the wall, that faces bystanders, colleagues, bosses, emplopyees etc.. i hope a nice girl like you can come up with this.. peace out.Ankush
